A premium digital identity for a California personal-injury firm built on twenty-five years of trial experience - redesigned for clarity, trust, and the moment that matters most.

Project Overview

A law firm with a courtroomrecord that needed a digitalpresence to match.

Pogosyan Law came to us with a quarter-century of trial experience, more than $175 million recovered for clients, and a website that didn't tell that story. Our task: build a digital home that converts, educates, and reflects the seriousness of personal-injury work - without losing warmth.

The Brief

Build a website that does three things: communicates twenty-five years of trial credibility in the first three seconds, makes legal language approachable for someone who just had the worst day of their life, and converts visitors into consultations without feeling like a sales funnel.

We also saw a chance to do something no other personal-injury firm in California was doing - give visitors an immediate, AI-driven snapshot of their potential case before they ever spoke to a lawyer.

The Challenge

Trust takes years tobuild. A website hasthree seconds.Trust takes years to build.A website has three seconds.

Personal-injury law is one of the most competitive search markets in the country. Every firm claims experience. Every firm promises results. We had to make Pogosyan Law unmistakable - and we had to do it for someone whose hand might be in a cast while they're scrolling.

The Challenge

  • An outdated site that buried the firm's $175M+ track record below the fold

  • Generic "lawyer stock photo" energy in a market saturated with the same look

  • Trilingual audience (English / Armenian / Russian) with no localized experience for any of them

  • No clear path from "I was just in an accident" to "I have a consultation booked"

  • Heavy legal jargon that intimidated visitors instead of informing them

  • Mobile experience built for desktop traffic that no longer existed

Our Solution

  • A bold, editorial hero that leads with proven numbers, not promises

  • Custom photography and video direction that puts the attorney front and center

  • Trilingual UX architecture (English / Armenian / Russian) with cultural nuance, not just translation

  • An AI Case Value Insight tool - instant qualification in under 60 seconds

  • Plain-language educational content that respects the reader's situation

  • A mobile-first build engineered for one-handed use after an injury

Project Overview

A process built forhigh-stakes industries.

Legal work demands precision. Every word on a personal-injury site has compliance implications, every claim has to be defensible. Our approach paired strategic discovery with rigorous design and engineering - and treated trust as a design system in itself.

01

Discovery & Positioning

We spent the first two weeks not designing anything. Interviews with Tony, his case managers, and past clients gave us the language people actually use when they call a personal-injury firm - almost none of which sounded like a law textbook.

We mapped the firm's competitive landscape across Glendale and Greater Los Angeles, audited fifteen competitor sites, and identified the three signals that mattered most to high-intent visitors: proven recoveries, attorney accessibility, and a clear no-fee promise.

02

Information Architecture

Personal-injury sites typically suffer from one of two failures: they're either a single endless homepage or a maze of practice-area subpages no one finishes reading. We designed a hub-and-spoke structure where the homepage commits, the practice pages educate, and every dead end is a CTA.

Each practice area - car accidents, motorcycle, truck, premises liability, and ten more - got its own dedicated page with its own narrative, its own statistics, and its own trust signals tuned to that audience.

03

Brand Direction & Visual System

We moved away from the navy-and-gold cliché and built a refined dark palette anchored in deep charcoal with warm gold accents - premium without being ostentatious. Typography pairs a contemporary sans for clarity with a modern serif for emotional weight.

Every photograph in the system was art-directed by our team. No stock. The result is a visual identity that feels editorial - closer to Bloomberg Businessweek than to a billboard on the freeway.

04

AI Tool Engineering

The AI Case Value Insight tool was the project's most ambitious piece. We worked alongside Tony to encode his intake methodology - what he asks, what he weighs, what he flags - into a structured model that could give visitors an attorney-style snapshot in under sixty seconds without ever asking for personal information.

Privacy-first by design. Anonymous. Conversational. Engineered to qualify leads while genuinely helping the visitor understand where they stand.

05

Development & Performance

Built on Next.js with a headless CMS, the site loads in under a second on mobile networks - a real consideration when your audience is often reading from a hospital bed or a tow truck. Every animation is hardware-accelerated, every image lazy-loaded, every script deferred.

Schema markup was custom-built for legal services, giving Google the structured data it needs to surface the firm in featured snippets and local packs across forty-plus injury-related queries.

Signature Feature

AI Case Value Insight: a private,attorney-style snapshot inunder sixty seconds.AI Case Value Insight: a private, attorney-style snapshot in undersixty seconds.

This is the centerpiece of the entire build. A custom-engineered tool that walks a potential client through a structured intake - incident type, fault, injuries, fractures, surgery status, treatment timing - and returns an attorney-style preliminary assessment without collecting a single personal detail.

01

Privacy-First Architecture

No name, no phone, no email required. The tool is engineered to give value before it asks for anything in return - a deliberate inversion of the standard legal-lead funnel.

02

Attorney-Trained Logic

The decision tree was built directly from Tony Pogosyan's 25 year intake methodology. Every question and every weight reflects how an experienced personal-injury attorney actually evaluates a case in the first conversation.

03

Sub-60-Second Experience

No name, no phone, no email required. The tool is engineered to give value before it asks for anything in return - a deliberate inversion of the standard legal-lead funnel.

Typography & Color Palette

A library ofrestraint.

Every choice in the system was made twice - once for how it looks, and once for how it earns trust. The result is a tokenized library where every typographic step, color value, and spatial unit reflects Pogosyan Law's voice: composed, authoritative, and deliberately human.

Lead Quality, Not Just Volume

The AI Case Value Insight tool changed the shape of incoming inquiries. Intake conversations now start with context already gathered -meaningfully reducing time-to-qualification per case.
