Project Overview

A boutique brides love, that needed to be found before the first appointment.

Since 2016, sisters Rachel and Rose have dressed brides from across Los Angeles in a calm Sherman Oaks studio: honest stylists, inclusive sizing, and signature gowns made-to-measure at no extra cost. Their reputation was built in the fitting room. Today's bride starts months earlier, on Google, on Instagram, and increasingly by asking an AI assistant where to shop.

The Brief

Rachel & Rose doesn't compete on volume or price tags. It competes on how a bride feels in the room.

The brief had three parts: be found at the research moment, on Google and inside AI answers; give Instagram and Facebook the same calm, honest, inclusive feel as an appointment; and turn that attention into booked appointments with ads and content that show real gowns.

The Challenge

Brides choose where to shop long before they book.

The search for a wedding dress starts 9 to 12 months out, and it starts on a screen. In Los Angeles, an independent boutique competes with national chains, big-budget salons and countless ateliers for the same searches, and its biggest advantage, the experience, is the hardest thing to show online.

The Challenge

  • National chains and big-budget salons own broad searches like “wedding dresses Los Angeles”.

  • Real differentiators, size-inclusive samples and free made-to-measure, are invisible in search.

  • AI assistants answer “best bridal shop in LA” with no clear signal pointing to the boutique.

  • Brides judge a boutique by its feed long before they visit.

  • Social attention rarely turns into a booked appointment on its own.

  • Gowns sell on emotion that static photos alone can’t carry.

Our Solution

  • Local SEO built around Sherman Oaks, the San Fernando Valley and LA, where an independent boutique can win.

  • A monthly content engine that turns each differentiator into an article brides actually search for.

  • AI SEO: question-led content and one consistent set of business facts AI tools can cite.

  • An editorial Instagram of in-boutique try-on Reels and carousels, three to four posts a week.

  • Meta Ads built around a single action: book a private appointment.

  • Story Reels and in-boutique video that give every channel an emotional arc.

Our Approach

A process as personal as a fitting.

Brides shop slowly and decide emotionally. We built a system that meets them early, earns trust on every channel, and makes booking the easy next step.

01

Brand Discovery & Positioning

We started with what brides already say about Rachel & Rose: honest stylists, a relaxed room, plus-size samples they can actually try on, and the freedom to customize. Their reviews became our brief.

From them we set five content pillars that every article, post and ad traces back to: honest guidance, inclusive sizing, customization and made-to-measure, real brides, and local Los Angeles expertise.

02

SEO Content Engine

Each month we publish a six-article package mapped to the bride's timeline: newly engaged, silhouettes, the appointment, budget, alterations, accessories and seasonal trends. Every article links to booking, collections and related guides, plus authorities like The Knot.

Local intent is built in: a Sherman Oaks and Valley shopping guide, plus-size shopping in LA, and short-timeline guides for SoCal fall weddings. Fifteen articles are live, and three more publish by November 3.

03

AI SEO

Brides now ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity where to shop. Those tools quote sources that answer clearly and agree with each other.

So we structure content around the questions brides actually ask, lead with direct answers, and repeat the same verified facts everywhere: address, sizes carried, made-to-measure policy, appointment length.

04

Social Media

We run @rachel_rose_bridal as the window into the fitting room: in-boutique try-on Reels, close-up gown details, and editorial carousels set in the brand's serif type. Posting runs three to four times a week, half of it video.

Interactive Reels invite brides to pick their favorite gown, and vendor collaborations put Rachel & Rose dresses in front of new audiences.

05

Meta Ads

Campaigns reach brides-to-be within driving distance of Sherman Oaks, using the same Reels and photos that perform organically. Every ad leads to one action: book an appointment.

We retarget site visitors and blog readers who haven't booked, test new creative regularly, and report monthly on cost per booked appointment.

06

Professional Production

Story Reels built from AI-generated frames sit beside in-boutique try-on content: gowns in motion, lace and corset details, the moment a bride sees herself in the mirror.

One production pipeline feeds every channel, from Reels and carousels to ad creative and blog imagery, so the brand looks the same everywhere a bride meets it.

Signature Feature

Built to be the answer AI gives.

More brides now start with ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity. We make Rachel & Rose the clear, consistent source those tools can quote.

Question-first content

Every guide opens with a question brides actually ask, then answers it in the first two sentences, plainly enough for an AI tool to quote.

One set of facts, everywhere

Address, sizes carried, the made-to-measure policy and appointment length match across the website, Google Business Profile, directories and social bios.

Easy to parse and cite

FAQ blocks, descriptive headings and internal links make each article simple for search engines and AI tools to understand, connect and reference.
